Terms of Service
1. Scope and Contracting Parties
These terms and conditions govern all contracts between veryuu GmbH, Prinz-Friedrich-Leopold-Str. 31, 14129 Berlin, represented by the managing directors Ms. Kathrin Bräuer-Niekamp and Mr. Gunnar von Reden (Email: info@veryuu.de) — hereinafter “veryuu” — and its customers. Customers can be consumers (§13 BGB) or entrepreneurs (§14 BGB).
2. Subject of Service
veryuu offers digital gift wrappings for any digitally or virtually deliverable content via file hosting.
For this purpose, veryuu provides the purchase of digital credits, which can be used to pay for the digital wrappings.
Products (digital wrappings and digital credits) are provided exclusively online in digital form.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on the website constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the customer places an order. The contract language is German.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment is made exclusively via the offered payment methods. Delivery of digital content occurs after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
Digital wrappings and digital credits are provided electronically to the customer after the conclusion of the contract (e.g., via download link or email). There is no entitlement to physical delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (veryuu GmbH, Prinz-Friedrich-Leopold-Str. 31, 14129 Berlin, Email: widerruf@veryuu.de) via a clear statement (e.g., letter or email). Sending the communication within the withdrawal period is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Special Note:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun execution and you have explicitly agreed with the text:
"I agree that the execution of the digital content begins immediately and I therefore lose my right of withdrawal upon full performance by veryuu."
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, veryuu must promptly reimburse all payments received from you, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; no fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. veryuu is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages from injury to life, body, or health. In the case of slight negligence of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable contractual damage.
9. Copyright
The digital wrappings are protected by copyright. The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the content in accordance with the contract. Any transfer or reproduction outside the contractual purpose is prohibited.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. veryuu is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
11. Data Protection
Use of the platform is subject to the veryuu privacy policy.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. For entrepreneurs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of veryuu GmbH. Consumers retain the mandatory protection rights of their place of residence.
